Registration

I’m a new AIA member. Am I eligible for a discounted ticket?
New AIA members who join between April 16, 2020, and June 16, 2021, attend A’21 for $25. View details >

How to use it: Log in to registration as an AIA member. Select the “New Member” package. Your shopping cart will display $25 for your package price.

I’m a member but I didn’t receive the member rate when I registered

What’s the cancellation policy?
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Event details

In what time zone will A’21 take place?
Eastern Time (ET).

Do I have to register for sessions or the keynotes?
We’ll automatically register you for all the keynote events. You can add sessions to your agenda once you have access to the event platform.

When will I receive my login information for the live event?
Before the live event, we’ll send you an email with details on how to access the platform plus your unique pin and link.

Can I get all of my continuing education credits for the year?
Yes. A’21 has live and on-demand CE credit sessions. Attend as many as you need to earn your credits for the year!

Can I view the sessions on demand?
Yes. You can view all sessions on demand for 30 days following each live event.

What are the technical requirements for the live event?
Please ensure you’ve updated to the most recent version of your browser for both desktop and mobile. VPNs and firewalls can often cause issues with browser-based event platforms—we strongly recommend disabling VPN/firewall if possible.
